HOW personal training WORKS

My “maximum results, minimum time” model sets me apart from other personal training businesses you may have encountered. When you work with me, you commit to a specified time period during which I will develop a customized personal training program tailored to your needs. As your trusted coach, I will provide you with the necessary resources, accountability, and support to help you achieve the best possible results in the gym with just two or three hours of training per week.

  • Ideally you can chose the period you want, 3 months, 6 months to a year
  • Training can be structured in 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week
  • You'll learn the most efficient approach and technique of the most important exercises
  • We'll track every single metric allow for the best results in your fitness journey

INBODY MEASUREMENTS

Utilizing Bioelectrical Impedance Analyses (BIA), the InBody device can accurately measure various aspects of the body, including body fat, lean body mass, and bone density, among other metrics. This data is invaluable in assessing the progress and requirements of each client, adding significant value to their overall data profile.

LIFESTYLE & NUTRITION QUESTIONNAIRE

As your personal trainer, I will start by collecting information about your eating habits, physical activity, sleep patterns, stress levels, and other lifestyle factors impacting your health and well-being. These can help identify potential health issues and deficiencies and provide insights to develop personalized nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.

Why is personal training important?

Resistance training is a skill that requires time, patience, and the proper knowledge to master. Each exercise has a unique skill component, and although it's possible to learn without guidance, it's safer and more efficient to learn the proper techniques from the start. Choosing Thibault Remacle Personal Training provides a unique opportunity to leverage our expertise and know-how to achieve results quickly, which could take years of trial and error if achieved at all. Moreover, I possess the knowledge and experience to match the intensity of your abilities while providing an immersive training experience that pushes you to the edge of your comfort zone. Research has shown that having a support network and a sense of accountability is essential for achieving health and fitness goals. A personal trainer offers tools to achieve this, which is difficult to replicate when training alone.

What does a typical training session with thibault involve?

In your first session, I will conduct a comprehensive 90-minute consultation that includes a body composition assessment and a gym-floor movement screening. This assessment provides crucial information that I will utilize to create a personalized training and nutrition plan for you. After the program has begun, each session will start with a brief review of your progress before delving into a challenging training session that pushes you to your limits.
I value your investment and don't believe in wasting time, such as watching you warm up on a treadmill or stretching for half of your session. Instead, we focus on every minute and target specific movements that utilize resistance training to achieve unparalleled body composition results.

I’ve never done resistance training before. Can I still do a transformation?

At Thibault Remacle Personal Training, achieving life-changing results does not require previous experience in resistance training. Most of my clients have little to no experience in this area. This can actually be an advantage as it means they have not developed bad habits or poor technique in the past. Starting with intention and correct form from the beginning not only sets individuals up for a successful training journey but also reduces the time required to learn and the risk of injury. As I like to say, "You don't need to be fit to start; you just need to start!"

Will I be advised on diet and supplements during my training?

I will build you a bespoke nutrition and supplement plan that considers your lifestyle, goal, and preferences, designed to provide the maximum return on your investment. The three hours you spend with me is only a small part of the story. The remaining 165 hours in the week are just as important, and your nutrition is a fundamental pillar of your results. I will work with you to develop calorie and macronutrient goals tailored to your body composition and goal. I emphasize the importance of high-quality, nutrient-dense foods like lean meats, green fibrous vegetables, and healthy fats like nuts, avocados, or olive oil. This approach maximizes the health benefits of your transformation and ensures you are satiated, energized, and ready to take on any new challenges. I will also provide ongoing support to make the personal training plan work for you. While supplements should not form the basis of your diet, they are invaluable for plugging gaps in your nutrition, which may become more apparent during a fat-loss phase. My supplement includes proven, reliable, high-quality products that provide a significant return on investment. I only recommend supplements that I know work from experience and a scientific point of view—only proven science.
