When you work with me, you commit to a specified period during which I will develop a customised, unique training program tailored to your needs. As your trusted coach, I will provide you with the necessary resources, accountability, and support to help you achieve the best possible results in the gym with just two or three hours of training per week.

- Training can be structured in two, three, or four weekly sessions;
