BODY composition MEASUREMENTS

Assessed using the most appropriate method for the client and context, including skinfolds, bioelectrical impedance analysis, or DEXA when relevant. These measurements help establish a baseline, track progress, and refine the coaching process.

WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Sessions are held primarily at Let's Go Fitness, Boulevard de Grancy, Lausanne. Online coaching is also available for those who train at their own gym.

Depending on your needs, this may also include body composition assessment and movement screening. Once coaching is underway, each session follows a clear structure focused on exercise execution, technical guidance, and progression within your program.

How many personal training sessions do i need weekly?

New clients start with a minimum of 2 sessions per week for the first 3 months. After this initial phase, the minimum ongoing commitment is 1 session per week. For the best results, however, personal training is most effective when structured around 2 to 4 weekly sessions.

How long should I train with a personal trainer?

Yes. Nutrition guidance is included as part of the coaching process and adjusted according to your goals, body composition, training demands, and lifestyle. Supplementation strategies can also be integrated when relevant to support recovery, performance, and overall progress, without replacing the foundations of a solid diet.
