HOW personal training WORKS

My “maximum results, minimum time” model sets me apart from other personal training businesses you may have encountered. When you work with me, you commit to a specified period during which I will develop a customised, unique training program tailored to your needs. As your trusted coach, I will provide you with the necessary resources, accountability, and support to help you achieve the best possible results in the gym with just two or three hours of training per week.

  • Ideally, you can choose the period you want, six weeks, three months, to a year;
  • Training can be structured in two, three, or four weekly sessions;
  • You will learn the most efficient training methods that will be helpful for a lifetime.
  • We'll track every metric for the best results in your fitness journey.

You may have tried various methods to achieve your desired results, but my scientific approach in one-to-one coaching has a proven track record of success. Commitment and hard work can lead to exceptional outcomes regardless of age, ability, or starting point.

I consistently deliver significant enhancements in weight, body fat, physical fitness, and performance. PERSONAL TRAINING

Investing in your own health is the most valuable investment you can make. My packages include personalized training programs on the Teambuildr app and nutritional coaching. The recommended training frequency is at least two sessions per week. Each personal training session lasts 60 minutes.

INBODY MEASUREMENTS

Utilizing Bioelectrical Impedance Analyses (BIA), the InBody device can accurately measure various aspects of the body, including body fat, lean body mass, and bone density, among other metrics. This data is invaluable in assessing the progress and requirements of each client, adding significant value to their overall data profile.

LIFESTYLE & NUTRITION QUESTIONNAIRE

I will start by collecting information about your eating habits, physical activity, sleep patterns, stress levels, and other lifestyle factors impacting your health and well-being. These can help identify potential health issues and deficiencies and provide insights to develop personalized nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.

PERIODIZED TRAINING PROGRAM

Using the results of the evaluations and your objectives as a guide, I will develop a customized workout regimen. The programs will be designed with specific periods of progression in mind, ensuring you can achieve your goals safely and effectively.
