How ONLINE COACHING works

Online coaching is available for 3, 6, or 12 months and delivered via the TeamBuildr app. You’ll follow a structured training system built on evidence-based methods, expert guidance, and clear accountability — designed to drive long-term results.

The process starts with a detailed assessment of your training history, goals, lifestyle, and constraints. Based on this, I design a progressive, phase-based training plan that evolves as you progress, with regular feedback and adjustments to keep you moving forward.

What is online coaching?

It is best suited to those who already train in a gym and can follow a program independently, whether through previous lifting experience or after completing in-person coaching. Delivered through TeamBuildr, the process includes personalized programming, progress tracking, and ongoing adjustments to keep you moving toward your goals wherever you are.

How effective is online coaching?

Online coaching can be highly effective when the structure is right and the client is able to follow the program consistently. With personalized programming, progress tracking, and ongoing adjustments, it offers many of the same advantages as in-person coaching while giving more flexibility. For clients who already train in a gym and can work independently, it is a highly effective way to keep progressing with expert guidance.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN WITH ONLINE COACHING?

Training frequency depends on your goals, current level, and recovery capacity. For most clients, 2 to 4 sessions per week is an effective range for making consistent progress while maintaining good recovery. The program is then structured around your schedule, training experience, and the amount of support you need.

Is online coaching cheaper than personal training?

Yes. Online coaching is generally more affordable than in-person personal training while still providing structured programming, ongoing guidance, and progress tracking. It offers a more flexible way to receive individualized coaching without the cost of face-to-face sessions.
