How IT works

Your coaching begins before your first session. A detailed intake covers your training history, goals, injuries, available equipment, and schedule. You then complete a Movement Analysis — filming key lifts from multiple angles. Every rep is reviewed and assessed before your first program is written. A video consultation follows to discuss findings and align expectations.

From there, we design a phase-based training plan delivered through the TeamBuildr app. Every phase builds on the last, with regular video feedback, direct access to your coach, and structured check-ins to keep your programming precise and your progress on track.

The more consistently you train, log, and communicate, the more precisely your programming can be refined. This is not general fitness coaching. If you're serious about meaningful, sustained progress — this is built for you.

What is online coaching?

Online coaching is designed for clients who want structured training and expert guidance with more flexibility. It is best suited to those who already train in a gym and can follow a program independently, whether through previous lifting experience or after completing in-person coaching. Delivered through TeamBuildr, the process includes personalized programming, progress tracking, and ongoing adjustments to keep you moving toward your goals wherever you are.

How effective is online coaching?

Online coaching can be highly effective when the structure is right and the client is able to follow the program consistently. With personalized programming, progress tracking, and ongoing adjustments, it offers many of the same advantages as in-person coaching while giving more flexibility. For clients who already train in a gym and can work independently, it is a highly effective way to keep progressing with expert guidance.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN WITH ONLINE COACHING?

Training frequency depends on your goals, current level, and recovery capacity. For most clients, 2 to 4 sessions per week is an effective range for making consistent progress while maintaining good recovery. The program is then structured around your schedule, training experience, and the amount of support you need.

Is online coaching cheaper than personal training?

Yes. Online coaching is generally more affordable than in-person personal training while still providing structured programming, ongoing guidance, and progress tracking. It offers a more flexible way to receive individualized coaching without the cost of face-to-face sessions.
