This option is ideal if you want your training monitored and planned in a structured manner or if you already train in a fitness center but want more intensive and specific support. We will meet online every three weeks to adjust and adapt your progress.
My ‘maximum results, minimum time’ model is fundamental to everything we do at Thibault Remacle Personal Training – and my online coaching program is no different. Just like personal training clients, you invest in a fixed period. I build a personalized training and nutrition plan around you and give you the tools, accountability, and guidance you need to achieve maximum results in that time.
Online coaching is available for three months, six months, or one year. All programs are provided via Teambuildr mobile app. I begin by asking for pictures and information regarding your past training, injury status, work and lifestyle stress level, goals, etc. With this information, I will create your periodized training plan. The key to online coaching success is communication, so the more feedback you provide, the better your training can be fine-tuned.

My online training packages allow you to benefit from my skills and expertise no matter where you are. Based on the information you provide regarding your lifestyle, access to equipment, and goal, I will design a bespoke personal training and nutrition plan for you to follow independently. We will then work remotely via weekly email check–ins and the Teambuildr app messaging feature to support and coach you toward your goal.
Online personal training takes place remotely and therefore does not involve one-to-one contact with me. To reflect this, my online personal training packages are priced lower than in-person training.
Online personal training can be incredibly effective. Why spend countless hours, weeks, or even years muddling along from scraps of knowledge here and there when you could head straight to the source and benefit from the most up-to-date knowledge and state-of-the-art progress tracking? I have the tools, knowledge, expertise, and passion to help you realize your goal wherever you are. However, online training takes place remotely, so you will not have one-on-one contact with me. However, I will tailor your training package to your requirements and work with you to adjust the plan based on your weekly progress. As a result, you need to be self-motivated to make the most out of your investment.
This is entirely up to you and is based on your preferences, lifestyle, and goal. Some people may only be able to train once or twice per week, whereas others may like to train five days a week. For most clients, three to four weekly training sessions are the sweet spot that balances progression with effective recovery. I will consider all of this information when creating your personalized plan.
